Daryl Hall & John Oates - The Very Best Of (2001)

A few weeks ago I was spinning some records @fattonyzh in Zurich. 🎷 Only the finest #yachtrock and #jizzjazz for loungin' and/or pizza eatin' people. I love the concept. Just one #turntable and no crossfade! You know, as a drummer, I may be a musician ... (you got the joke) - but I never would consider myself a DJ. And what I also like about this #vinylselection: when the first track of the record is getting me and the people into the groove, then why not listening to the second song on that album as well??? That also gives me more time to drink and eat and talk with my friends. 🍹🌴🛳

Hall & Oates had to be in my bag. They have so many great tracks. Not quite sure, if this session was a combination of either crispy music with cheesy pizzas, or cheesy music with crispy pizzas. 🍕 I guess both is true somehow. 🙃 Thank you @skor51 for having me. Was lots of fun. I will be back for sure and don't you dare lose the smooth! ✌
