I love the weird energy this record has. The band's most awesome songs and a pretty unusual instrumentation. From bad ass guitars to the heavenly cello and back. And the ugly organ of course. It's a constant roller coaster ride. 🎢 And probably the best Saddle Creek release for me. I saw them live in Zurich with the tour for this album and it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. The 2014 remastered deluxe edition includes a second LP with more songs from the recording sessions. And the cover is black instead of green. I like this very much, too. 👊
